About this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Chalkboard List mobile application and related services operated by Ulrich GmbH (the “Service Provider”). It describes the privacy practices that apply when you download and use the Application.

What information is collected?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as necessary to facilitate network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this data or use it for tracking.

Precise location

Chalkboard List does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Third-party access

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share such information with third parties.

Nothing collected means nothing retained.

Ulrich GmbH does not retain personal user data generated through normal use of Chalkboard List on its servers because the Application does not collect or store that personal information in the first place.

If Chalkboard List stores lists, favorites, completed activities, preferences, or similar app information locally on your device, that information remains local to your device unless the Application explicitly indicates otherwise.

Information you voluntarily send to Ulrich GmbH outside normal app use, for example in an email to support, may be retained only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain appropriate business records, or meet applicable legal obligations.

You stay in control.

Because Chalkboard List does not require an account and does not maintain a server-side personal profile for normal app use, there is normally no server-side account data to delete.

Where app information is stored locally on your device, you can remove it using any available in-app deletion or clear-data controls, by clearing the Application’s storage through your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application, as applicable.

If you voluntarily provided information to Ulrich GmbH directly, you may request deletion of that information by contacting [email protected], subject to any information the Service Provider must retain under applicable law.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.

Security and breach notification

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, exposure risk is limited. No security system is completely secure, however, and Ulrich GmbH uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any information it does hold.

If a security incident involves personal information you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, Ulrich GmbH will provide notifications where required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

Ulrich GmbH may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated policy and effective date. Where applicable law requires consent for a material change, consent will be requested before that change takes effect.

If processing of information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
